Disgusting service -glenvista virgin active

I and my wife joined the gym in Jan 2025 and there was a misrepresentation committed that induced us into contracting. We were told that the Jan month was free and the next we we going to enjoy 75% discount and only pay the full amount in Apr , however they deducted an amount not more than R2400 in Jan and I had to cancel the contract promised on a misrepresentation. I reported this fact to their HO in C T. No response. I went to the branch soon after the incident and their Manager could not see me but instead sent the person with whom the contract had been concluded. Disgusted. MP Zwane
