Disgusting Service from Head Office

I sent an email to Virgin Active on the 6th May asking a simple question, I didn't get a response, so I sent another email on the 28th May asking them to please respond, it's now the 3rd June and no answer. It's appalling. I expect a phone call before the end of next week otherwise I'm going to social media.
