Disgusting Service and a *******!!!!

I tried on numerous occasions to call head office of Virgin Active in June to no avail so I emailed them cancelling my brothers contract. I then received an email asking me why we are cancelling. We are now being debited close to double the amount every month, we go to the branch and they tell us contact head office and we cannot get through. I have returned email to the person who was questioning telling him to cancel and refund us the money. Guess what, no answer from him and still debiting our account!!! VIRGIN ACTIVE THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! Maybe I will get a response from you now!!!!!
