DISGUSTING SERVICE

I cancelled my membership in person at the Sun Valley branch in Jan 2021 due to immigration. However, Virgin continues to charge a membership fee. Unbelievably, we cancel the direct debit via our bank and Virgin changes the amount to get the charge through!! Continued emails to the manager at the club go unanswered! Absolutely appalling service. Obviously they have NO clue of customer service! DISGUSTING!!
