Disgusting service.

Virgin active is a bunch of *****. I've been with the club for a while and had several problems, always promising and never delivering. I convinced my family to join in Feb and they did, they told the agents they wanted the bags so they will wait till March he promised he will give it them & me for referring them come March and he says he can't help and we don't get the bags. Now this women Portia refuses me entry after I called the call centre over 3 times. She accused me of lying and refused to let me in or speak to someone superior. It's an utter disgrace!! They don't care for their clients and they are extremely rude and inconsiderate, she said she couldn't override the system which is such a lie because other nicer receptionists have done it before understanding that the system notes does not always update!! These people don't care for their clients only money.
