Disgusting service

I joined 1st June and it has been the worst decision of my life to join virgin active as i have had nothing but issues since. First the staff at the Karaglen branch didnt know what they were selling and i wanted the June promotion then you guys tried to take a debit order after you have put all over social media June will be for free. Now with lockdown level 4 i want to make use of the online classes seeming i am paying for a service and im been told sorry you will just have to wait until we have loaded your account. no matter that im still paying yet cannot use the services. you guys use to be a awesome gym now it is just about the money and that is very sad
