Disgusting Service

So I have been with u guys roughly a year paying R750 not skipping one payment & I request to cancel.No problem its done, today I get a huge surprise to the tune of R2400. Apparently Vitality was cancelled and poor me charged full subs not advised by either Vitality or Virgin Active. So can the 2 giant Corps please tell me how im to feed my kids.The blame has already started & I need to run around. I will never set foot in ur establishment again. Rest assured I wont leave it like this...as a courtesy your consultant should have told me that my premium would treble since Vitality was cancelled& just not load cancelations & give ur customers huge surprises. So please tell me where does this leave me???
