Disgusting gym

I’m really upset and annoyed with virgin active horizon view, last year one their former employees *****ulently opened a gym membership for me. I then went to query it with zinhle who then said she didn’t know how the contract was approved without the contract being signed. I explained to her that I am currently unemployed but I went to an interview and because I am in the finance space my credit record should be clean. She assured me that it would be fixed but it hasn’t and now I lost a job opportunity because of them. They absolutely don’t care about people!
