DISGUSTING *****!!!!!!

in 2018 i was signed up to virgin active by a promoter who was promoting virgin active in town, he took down my details and advised that he would explain everything else the next day when i visit the George branch as i was in a hurry to work that day.

i never made it to the branch and i decided to call virgin active and cancel everything, the contact center referred me to the branch and the consultant i spoke to advised that everything would be cancelled but to my surprise i have been receiving calls from MBD collections for a subscription i cancelled a long time ago telling me that there are cancellation fees to be paid and i need to pay them as the collections agency.

this is disgusting and ********** and i do not know what you want from me. please be careful of virgin active.!!!!!
