Disgusting customer service

Customer service is disgusting. Had the phone put down on me multiple times. I have tried to contact them multiple time regarding my account and I have been referred to countless consultants who of which said that they would contact me back but never did. From my experience Virgin Active is quite happy to contact you when they want your money however when it comes to resolving an issue or even offering helpful customer service virgin active could not be bothered.To anyone who is thinking of joining Virgin Active save your money and time and rather go to an ethical gym that cares for its members
