Virgin Active Altrim branch Durban has thee most disgusting Customer Service i have ever experienced in my entire life. The Branch Manager the a Mr. Kuben Naicker is the root-cause as he has absolutely no idea what Client centricity entails. Do yourself a favour and leave that branch and go to Planet Fitness! I had the worse experiences ever with that guy and I have whatsapp conversations to prove it.
