Disgusting customer care

Since beginning of March, I have been trying to cancel my membership. I tried contacting through the Silver Lakes club and through the customer service. The club and the contact center say their system is down. I was given a number to contact but no success. I nolonger want this membership as and unable to pay. The service that I received when trying to cancel the membership was extremely unprofessional. The debit order is going through every month. Their website does not have a contact number or email address to contact them.
