Disgusting client service

I have been trying to get in contact with someone to try help me for more than a week. From Sunday I sent a complaint on their website, I was told that I will receive feedback in 24 hours, I followed up with a second message on Monday at 3pm as I didn't receive feedback and got the same automated response. I have also been trying to call ***but that number doesn't go through. This is all before the original issue where I **** to by a consultant concerning my contract and the payments thereof
