Disgusting behaviour and work conduct at Virgin Active Red Boksburg!!!!

If i could rate it i would say -10!!!!!!

I am concerned for the Virgin Active Red Boksburg - The staff members are lacking in professionalism, discipline and they have no idea how to keep a standard in the gym. Certain staff members only apply certain rules to certain people. The Staff members in black don't do their rounds, instead they stand together in a group and on their phones. They are not doing their jobs!!!

They feel they own the place. They do not find out how the people in the gym are doing, nor do they find it a need to communicate with the paying customers to find out if they are alright or if they need assistance!!! i have images to prove the staff just don't do their jobs and quite frankly its appalling that they call themselves "part of the team" - The staff need to be reevaluated to find their worth to the gym. I honestly feel a lot of the staff members should be removed immediately and be taught the importance of customer service and discipline!!!!

I'm also concerned to see the number of staff members ON DUTY FLIRTING WITH THE GYM OCCUPANTS!!!!! This is disgusting!!! who the hell has given the staff members the right to FLIRT!!! I'm sure Head Office would be delighted to find out the staff play on their phones, flirt with the members and ignore the gym policies regarding certain items!!!!! These staff members should be taken to task and removed of their positions immediately!!! They shouldn't be anywhere near customer service positions in any company!!!
