Disgusting attitude

I have been training for many years at virgin active gym and always referred friends and family but not anymore! We received the most disgusting service ever where a potential sale would of been made for premium membership the person got turned away after a staff argued with the potential client because of a mistake made on there side Botumelo at Virgin Active Broadacres you really have no way of speaking to people. To find out the mistake was made on there side the person was not interested in signing up anymore and even making us rethink our membership.
