Disgusting and rude

I have been a member at benoni club for 8years i have now gotten my girlfriend and daughter to sign up to. Everytime my daughter comes with there is a problem shes not allowd to sit by the waiting tables alone and play on her tablet, Shes not allowd to play games on the computers as iv been told its for member but she is a member as we pay for her, the kids room only caters for babies she is 8years old so we sent her with her tablet to keep occupied shes not allowd a tablet they say...so on saturday morning we sent her to the kids room the lady on dutey that day said its only babies here dont you want to let her sit by you while you train we asked will that be ok she said yes as the gyms quiet so we went and trained on the machines no where near the free weights are, she was sitting quietly on her tablet .......we were then approached extremely rudely by Poppy Mabaso and told shes not allowd there after explaining all this about the computers waiting tables and kids room she made us look like a **** infront of the whole gym..... Poppy is extremely rude, arrogant and absolutely no idea how to deal with a situation the club already has no members and she wants to chase away the loyal ones it has left i will cancel all of our memberships even if the contracts arent up as this is unacceptable
