Disgusting

My membership was cancelled with them more than last year ago. I just got a message saying i owe money which isnt the case as i still paid the cancellation fee.

There has been no communications whatsoever made on this and according to the national credit act this is malpractice. I will not pay this account as I cancelled in the due time i needed to and i still paid a fee. You cannot come tell someone a year later- no contact made prior no emails nothing about any funds outstanding.

This is absolutely unacceptable that this is happening. My contract was cancelled and i have not proceeded with a membership after that. Can you please find out and check who is the person who did not do their part as ill take it further with my attorney as per your call centre i cancelled my contract as per VIRGIN April 2025. That was my notice of our agreement ending- so this means i do not owe R2160.00. according to the contract i did my due. They have the record of me cancelling so how do they knowingly carry on without my concent!!!!!!!!

This is frustrating. This isnt my first rodeo and this is a place known for being ***********!!!!
