Disgusted with Virgin Active

Full of exscuses they quick to close the saunas now we at level 2 they havent opened the saunas, however we are not getting full use of the facilities and they are charging us for it , try and freeze your contract and you get charged 20 % to freeze your contract what a business to have. totally useless answers from their headoffice we are getting **********
