DISGUSTED with the CLAREMONT VIRGIN ACTIVE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted in the service from the Virgin Active Claremont branch! Signed up as a multiply momentum member only to find out months later that they did not sign me up through my medical aid. I have lost major benefits due to this not to mention the R580 I have been paying every month versus the R435 I was suppose to pay!!!! Not only do I want a refund! I want this matter sorted out immediately! I have called them countless times each time they are busy and promise a call back! Never call bac****!!!!! Always find it funny how quick the call you to make you member but the minute there is a problem they all too "busy"!!!!!
