Disgusted - VIRGIN ACTIVE Rosebank

I am deeply appalled by the way Virgin Active Rosebank have dealt with a matter occurred yesterday (2023/02/07). I spoke to a personal trainer at this gym as they keep in taking more than n one piece of equipment “as they call it supersets” , which by the way is against their rules. The personal trainer and his client apparently then did not like the way i spoke to then knowing they were in the wrong. One by one (4 managers in total) had come up to me to say they have to log an incident as the personal trainer dod NOT follow protocol to begin with. The actual issue was not adressed and they made out to be a ******** (how i felt after they approached me). Utterly disgusted.
