Disgusted in the service I got and the false hope they gave me.

I am highly disappointed in Virgin Active.. I have a contract with them and I always pay on time and do my part.. been with them for quite sometime now as well and so has my whole family and that is why I am so disgusted that they couldn't even help me cancel my contract now due to me going overseas. I had two ladies tell me they could help me transfer my contract to someone else so I got people interested and on the day it was supposed to be done they tell me they cannot help me and they will just freeze my account for me where I still have to pay for it? Even though I won't be using it? The other day they kept me on hold for almost an hour just to tell me they cannot help me anymore? I know all their calls are recorded so I have proof where they told me they can help me and gave me false hope and ****.. I am a student and I cannot afford to pay for this while I am overseas they promised to help me.. so yes I am disgusted.
