DISGUSTED

I am honestly so disappointed with virgin active. Firstly the equipment at Amanzimtoti club is so outdated and there is always something out of order, the bathrooms were under construction for a while and we did not get any discount due to it! but now that we are moving I want to move to another club as the cancelation fee is out of our budget, R3200 for both of us and we are not allowed to pay it off monthly! now I get told to move to a red club, which is the only club going to be near us, we have to Pay R600 for the both myself and my husband just to keep our contract with them! everything is just money and no sympathy. I will never renew this contract again. I will definitely spread the word!
