Last year I took out a contract with Virgin Active in Sunward Park, 3 days later I spoke to Nathi who was a sales consultant that assisted me with signing up, he Agreed that it will be canceled as I was leaving the country. My Acc kept on being debited, on numerous occasions I went there however no one was willing to assist and the Manager or Supervisor on duty was always bust till today no one has made an attempt to resolve my query.. What's ****ing me off is that they listed me with Mbd collection.. What collection are you guys referring to... Nathi activated things that I never agreed upon.. I went to the one in Alberton, I was give details of Tracey whose based in Head Office however number provided to me it's a call Centre one, like Wow. What a SERVICE, Disgusted..
