Disgruntled Member

<p>I have been a national member of Virgin Active and going back to the old Heath & Raquet Gyms. In January 2016 I came off my partners Duscovery M/A and joined by own with no service breaks - followed Disoverys process only to find Virgin started debiting me me more than double as they claim I was not a Vitality Member. I stopped all debit orders due to fruitless telecons then to find I'm handed over to MBD Attorneys. I then call Virgin Head Office and explain my story and they agree to the error and write the amount off on condition I sign up for a new contract - excellent tactic Virgin and by the way I am still harassed daily from MBD Attorney demanding and outstanding amount through your incompetence and you instructed them to close their file. Maybe I should demand via an attorney an apology with some form of compensation... </p>
