Disgruntled at you staff

I am so angry at Virgin Active Moreleta Park!! I was approached by a sales consultant called Damain... Begged me to take a contract, offered me great options... First installment in December and premium discount to R500 a month... I agreed, then my first premium went off in July, I queried it and he said he would fix it...next thing the head office is calling me and saying I'm in arrears, I call him again and tell him to sort it out or cancel and he assures me he will look at it and sort it... Now they calling me saying I owe R7000...like ***.... He went a step further to take my next of kin details without my permission and offer them a contract too...which is in bridge of the POPI Act!! When I call the branch, they say he no longer works there ... This is ridiculous and will affect my credit rating ...

I want this sorted asap...
