Disgraceful Service

I am beyond angry, annoyed and frustrated with Virgin Active. I have contacted them several times and cannot get any help. the debited me a higher fee than what was agreed upon and my account was suppose to be frozen. I have sent countless emails as requested and cannot get any help! such poor service from Virgin Active, I am highly disappointed!!!
