Disgraceful Classic Virgin Active Gym

It's a shocking state of affairs at Virgin Active Moses Mabhida. Most of the Spin bikes don't work. Equipment is rusting. I'm not surprised that La Lucia where members pay a third of what I pay have an upgraded gym. One wonders what business logic is used to deprive higher paying members of a good service. Complaints to management and their call centre has fallen on deaf ears. It's a disgrace. One wonders whether members at Alice Lane or the Silo in Cape Town will be treated so shabbily. One can only speculate.
