Discusted by Virgin Active Red Brackenfell Service

This is not even a one star review. I was a member 4 years back and and the service was much better than today.

I currently rejoined Virgin Active Red In Brackenfell and I am so discussed of my choice of rejoining, First of all currently still a student and I pay the full amount because they feel that my student card is not valid although they have taken a photo copy of my actual card. So what happened was that the guy that assist me with the rejoin took my student card and made a copy, so I was on the student discount for 3 days. 3 Days of him calling me to take a photo of my student card to get on his system, I mean, you just took a copy of it when i was there 3 days ago, but okay. So then he told me we need to update my membership to a full package, because the student card he feels is invalid. Just to get him to stop whatsapp me and stop harassing me about it, I went to go update it.

Okay and then promised me and my whole family a Virgin Active goodies that I still do not have. Best thing about this whole thing is so many equipment is broken that I stand up straight I gym every muscle because there is not more than 2 benches that is in working order. The cables is always broken everything is not up to date. Just to clear things out this is my 4 week back at the gym. I have been here from 2015 to 2018 and the experience then was out of this world.

This Gym is not what it is used to be and I can promise everyone it is the front sales and management that went from good to ****. I mean being a student and paying the full amount as working persons, that is the cherry on the cake, Lack of there staff being service friendly. Wish I have gone to Zone Fitness as they resendly had a whole new upgrade in membership fees and equipment.
