**************
I have a 5 year son who attends swimming at the gym. Previously, I used to bath my son in the female bathroom. However, the cleaning lady said my son was too old for female bathroom, which I understand. I asked for alternatives, I was referred to the disabled bathroom, which so happened that on the day I wanted to use it, a disabled person wanted to use it. Granted, it is their bathroom, and my son and I are not disabled. Then I was told to use the club V bathroom. However it has no shower facilities, and I cannot go in with my son to help him.

For starters, my son has aczema, so I have to bath him after swimming. Secondly, today when I raised the issue with the staff, that it needs to make arrangements for us single parents with children of the opposite ***, I was again referred to the disabled toilet. I related the story to them, then the staff told me next time to lock the door and tell the disabled person that I am busy and they should wait. This to me is as detestable an abled bodied person parking in disabled bay. How can a staff member even tell me that. It offends

This smacks of ************** against parents with opposite *** kids. Please provide for us too.
Thank you so much for taking my call today.
