Discriminated???

16/04/15, my brother in-law and I were was at the AB machine when another gym member wanted to join in. We accepted his request however lack of hearing on his part became a reason to throw tantrums at us. It was initially fine to join in but given his attitude we told him to step in after. This resulted in him hurling nasty and vulgar comments. We asked him on his problem to which he vulgarly rep**** that we Indians must go back to India. We approached the staff. The staff approached the member which ended in this member using vulgar words. The staff advised not to aggravate him since he was drunk and smelling of alcohol. <br> The next day Chantell states that I am suspended followed by a strict email from Virgin active. They don't tolerate any behavior detrimental to the welfare of the club/ Virgin. I may be in breach which may lead to my membership being terminated. <br> I addressed the club for the safety of other members and myself. I have been humiliated by their member and by virgin active, specifically in the way they approached this situation. Now I am being penalized by another person's poor behavior. Regardless of one's skin colour everyone has a right to dignity and fairness.
