Discovery & Virgin active, make waiving a gym activation fees on an existi

I wish to draw attention to the senior personel at Virgin Active a Discovery / Vitality that i have spent over 4 months trying to change to premier membership and vitality. On granting of the request and upon agreement that the gym activation fees will be waived, it seem as if there is a huge disconnect between what the gym is instructing the admin personel and what is actually happening.

I will spare the detail and request that my matter be dealt with asap, as I have signed all applicable contracts and wish not to be called into a branch as I have done so more than once. Regards SS
