Discontinue of Service not Acknowledged

VA, I have requested to cancel my service and was bul**** into taking a lower premium instead of walking away and paying my cancellation fee. I requested to be contacted via email yet your service consultant pushed me to listen as I was at work at the time I couldn't speak freely. I did request to have my membership cancelled and was told I would have to pay the cancellation fee IMMEDIATELY - which come on guys If I cannot pay that full amount at once what am I supposed to do, sell a kidney? I am ****ed off because I had to pay to reverse your debit order after I requested the service consultant first send me an email with the new details so that I can confirm if I will proceed with your "new" monthly installment. Again, I was at work and didn't feel it to be appropriate to argue my personal matters in an open plan office. I never received the email and you processed a debit order. I want my subscription cancelled and a payment arrangement agreed upon accordingly.
