Disappointment in Virgin Active Richardsbay

I am extremely disappointed with service that I have gotten from Virgin Active Richardsbay. We pay a ridiculous amount for membership fees yet the gym does not have a generator for times of loadshedding. Apart from this. The gym equipment is below par and not enough. A Virgin Active gym should be of a premium standard yet the this virgin Active is way bellow standard in my opinion. I've been a member at an planet fitness gym prior this and it's really unbelievable how much better the gym was compared to the Virgin Active Richardsbay whilst membership fees are 450 cheaper.
