Disappointment at Virgin Active

Today I visited virgin active vanderbijlpark with my friend, I ask if she can gym with me and they say no she have to pay a fee of R160. I ask if they can just show her the equipment that she can see how the new equipment (air runner) work and again they said no the policy is you have to pay R160 and they can’t allow people just to enter. I even spoke to the manager. I left there and took her to planet fitness, where the staff were happy to show us around. I as a frequent virgin active participant feel really disappointed in my gym.
