Disappointing service from the manager

I am very disappointed with the way Manager of the Virgin active at the Pavilion KZN ( Khishen) is handling the complaints been 2 weeks I am calling the branch and each time I leave my details for him to get back to me he doesn't . always in meetings or gone out or whatever, once assisted by assistant manager Geney who also promised to make sure that Khishen the manager gets back to me but no he did, today Geney no longer works at the Pavilion Virgin active, where does one log a complaint if the manager is not interested in getting back to a customer. Can Khishen's manager please call me ***. Thanks
