Disappointing Experience at Virgin Active Wonderboom

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Virgin Active Wonderboom. The gym equipment is in poor condition, with several machines either not working or poorly maintained. It’s clear that there is a lack of attention to the upkeep of the facilities, which makes it difficult to have a positive workout experience.

The overall management is also concerning. As the Managing Director, Jessica Spira should be taking a more hands-on approach to ensure that the gym meets basic standards of functionality and maintenance. Unfortunately, it seems like this is not the case at this location.

I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as Virgin Active has a reputation to uphold, and this gym is currently falling short.
