Disappointing Experience: A Warning to Others

Especially the Parkview Pretoria Branch where our initial contract was.

If I could give them the lowest rating possible, I would. My experience with this service has been really bad, and I think a lot of other people feel the same way. When we first signed up, they told us one thing, but now they're saying something completely different about our account. When we tried to cancel, they told us we had to pay for two more months plus the current month. Suddenly, they changed this rule without telling us, and now they want us to pay a percentage of the remaining fee instead. This is exactly what I didn't want when I signed up because I knew they had a bad reputation. I wouldn't recommend them at all – my experience with them has been the worst.
