Disappointing branch

I'm half happy with the service at Virgin Active Watermeyer I received great service when joining from Spice I also received great service from Tumelo woiw guys the both of you deserve an award or praise from the company from doing such a great job. Now the only problem I have is the bad attitude from the dark tall skinny lady at reception that doesn't wear a name badge hence I cnt name her and the worst service that takes the cup from just wanting that branch to close is the lady from the kids center or place there just after entrance. The whole of last week my family and I didn't even come there that lady the will complain about fetching my child late how she must send her stats for the day, if you cannot accommodate me or my child there why should I pay for the services there. How do complain that I fetched my child at 19:45 when u close child's area during the week at 20:00 cz it was a Thursday rather guys get someone younger to take care of our kids. Now I'm scared for my kids safety next thing she will be irritated that muykifs are there this 2 ladies do not have customer care, next thing the door for kids area was not working had to gym with my child next to me. This branch is taking our money for granted.
