Disappointed in Virgin Active

Todqy I was at Virgin Active in Groenkloof in Pretoria. I am totally disgusted. This is the second consecutive weekend that tge steam room is off / out of order. Not only that but the wall tiles in the sauna is disgusting.Do me a favour and fix the place properly and not just lick and stick it. We pay good money yo use q ficility that looks good, smells good and is functional.
