Disappointed in Virgin Active

After years of settling my debt, i have just realised there is a lack of communication within virgin active, after dealing with their customer service division in 2011 and queried what ever was going on during that time, i was advised to make a payment of R 598.00 to pay off the account, which i made. Today i query about joining Virgin Red, and they tell me that i owe over R 2000.00 to the gym, and the call center cant give me answers, they keep on giving me numbers that dont exist to call. I should nt have bothered checking cos now i am ****ed over ****.
