Disappointed gym member

What's suppose to be the "Beyoncé of gyms" turns out to be hiring ****s and people that do anything to secure sales without giving out proper details. Virgin Active Echo park has by far the worst staff you could ask for. From their sales Manager Lebo who I've left messages 3 times to be contacted seems to be very busy to call back, Thapelo, their ***** of a sales person telling people lies just to get a sale done. I've called the club 7 times this morning but yet no manager has the audacity to call back.....
