Disappointed client

I am a new virgin active member and am already regretting the decision to choose virgin active over other gyms. I already fill like am being diserviced by this company. I have reached a dead end in terms of getting any assistance from any staff member. Am currently using Sunwards park branch and my complains not only are being ignored but the managers are not giving me any attendance let alone be interested in knowing what my quiry is about and customer care line is the worst I had ever encountered in RSA, you will be on hold for as long as you prepared to hold.
