Disappointed

I honestly don’t know where to even begin. I went to virgin active sunward park to rejoin the gym. I was helped by two sales people. The other on told me about a certain price, then second one told me about another price I will be paying. They told me because I’m with discovery, I will become a vitality point Members so I get a discount. I was okay with that . The problem arises when they need to take their money. They told me they can’t take money on the day I get paid. I told them is a problem to me because I don’t have money month end. So they said I must come every time I get paid to the branch to pay. In all honesty it’s an unnecessary exercise. I’m not sure I’m willing to take every month. The other is that they came on the first and took money and it bounced which was an wrong amount and it affecting my credit score. I just want to cancel my membership.
