Disappointed by Virgin Active and it's associates!

When I started working in my early 20s I joined Virgin Active (2010). By the end of the year I had to leave my job and go back to school, resulting in arrears on my account. I was handed over to, possibly the worst attorneys on the face of the earth, MBD by Virgin.

In 2014 I found employment and started paying off my debt until I settled the account later that year. I was promised a settlement letter but never received it. I am now in the process of rejoin Virgin Active but to my shock and dismay I apparently still owe on the account.

The Virgin Active agent directed me to MBD to sort the issue out but no one is answering the phone. It's like they don't exist when you don't owe money.

As a reputably company, I expect more from Virgin Active than to associate with the likes of MBD and surely there should be a department that keeps track of installments made for VA accounts to MBD?
