Disappointed and angry

I'm a member of Virgin Active In Athlone CPT, they deduct in bank account twice a R490 and R492 which I was advised by Aeysha from the club to reverse the R490, on Friday I went to the gym and was told I can't get in because I'm I'm in arrears ever since I started in August my account has been deducting twice and I have spoken to people at the gym to sort it one of them was Lloyd pleass assist
