Disappointed

First I wanted to do this for myself to buildup confidence.

I went to virgin active to get a "quote" on how much it is and see if I can afford it .... after that the sales lady whatsapp me and let me jnow there is a trail special for R100 for 3 months so I gave her the cash and on that day there systems was of and I filled in a manual paper and gave my email and bank account number for in the future if I want to join vitality . Then she told me about vitality on discovery which is R800 joining fee I needed to pay the R800 before the 25th of july if I wanted to join it .well at that point I didn't went and pay it because I didn't have the money so obviously Im not joining vitality. ... and on the first or so the debit order of almost R500 went off and I didnt understand it so I calld virgin active and they said I signed a contract for 24 months and and I was confused. So I went and trying to contact anybody fron active so they can listen to my story and try to get me out of somthing I didn't signed for ... and at edenglen virgin active their where very RUDE AND THINK IT OR ME WHAS A JOKE so I left it and start asking around where people told me I should not let them get away with it it was I miss communication and I need to send u guys my problem they want me to pay a cancellation fee of almost R6000 what is more my pay so I please need your HELP
