Disappointed

On the 28th of March I went to kenilworth centre and was stopped by Riyaaz to open a gym contract . I told Riyaaz he cannot put the contract through unless I speak to my dr first as I have spine Cancer . But the Monday after the 28 tv my first debit order went off which I stopped. When I called the call centre they advised me to send a letter from my dr which I delivered to Claremont virgin active which they lost. And know they handed me to mbd attorney which won't listen to me
