disabled parking

I am writing to complain about how badly the disabled parking at the two KZN Pietermaritzburg Virgin actives Gyms are monitored. The parkings are there for a specific reason as some people who actually have a diasbled sticker on their vehicle cannot even park in that specific parking spot. People who do not need to park in that parking spot blatantly park in that spot and disregard the fact that the parking is for someone who really needs it. The gyms do not care at this fact that it happens on a daily basis which isnt fair to a person who needs that specific parking space.
