Disability **************

I'm a disabled member of Virgin Active. I phoned Virgin Active Wembley administration a few weeks ago and asked whether my private physiothe****** could accompany me in for a single session to teach me what exercises I need to do for my rehabilitation so that I could perform them by myself in future. The administrator initially said no but after I explained that I am disabled he said yes as long as it's during off-peak hours. I set a date with my physiothe****** for our gym session and I phoned Virgin Active Wembley on the day to let them know I was coming in with my physiothe******. I got redirected to the general manager who told me that my physiothe****** wouldn't be allowed into the gym and that I needed to be referred to the in-house biokineticist. I explained my situation that I have been seeing this physiothe****** for a year now and that she has my history of a very complex case which the Virgin Active biokineticist wouldn't have. The general manager said he couldn't help me and that he's had to turn down similar requests by other disabled members of the gym and if I wanted I could take this up with their head office. Needless to say, I am furious...
