Dirty Swimming pools and Dangerous Steam Room

I used the Olympic sized pool on Friday evening. Noticed that the lanes on the left had beach sand on both ends which I found strange being that we live in Joburg, Tonight (Sunday) I went for another swim and the beach sand is still in the pool. Disgusting because clearly no one bothered to clean this pool for 2 days. My second gripe is the steam room. The wrong tiles are used here and the first time I used it almost burnt my skin off! You cannot have your skin touch the tiles directly as it’s burning hot. There’s not even a warning sign up about this. I have filled in numerous forms and also in a telephonic survey to request that they put a protective mesh covering on the seating area. This will not cost a fortune. The Glenvista gym has heat resistant tiles in their steam room. I don’t understand how did the Randburg gym get away with this safety hazard. Third gripe: there’s no water dispenser by the pool areas. Shocking not one dispenser to service two pools. There’s no water dispenser either in the bathrooms. Especially for use by the steam room/sauna areas. Are we seriously expected to drink pool water and tap water? You charge premium rates for such a sub standard gym
